National Safety Council First-Aid / CPR Certification

8 hours (Meets OSHA, MSHA, & KY  MET Guidelines)

The certification course shall follow the National Safety Council Standard First- Aid / CPR training curriculum. This shall include but not be limited to instruction in:

  1. Patient Assessment
  2. Bleeding control
  3. Bandaging
  4. Fractures and dislocations
  5. Shock
  6. Transportation preparation
  7. Biohazards
  8. Burns
  9. Adult 1 rescuer CPR
  10. Adult Foreign Airway Obstruction
  11. Mouth to mask ventilation
